The Bidding and Feas Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for managing the complete financial and operational lifecycle of market research projects, from initial client quoting and feasibility assessment through to final project invoicing and panelist payment. This role ensures financial accuracy and accurate project deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

Bidding, Quoting, and Financial Administration

  • Bid and Quote Generation: Analyze detailed project specifications provided by the customer base to develop accurate cost estimates, project timelines, and competitive pricing quotes.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough technical and operational reviews to assess the feasibility of projects, specifically regarding target audience availability (physician panel) and resource constraints.

Qualifications

  • Location: Hybrid or full remote work arrangement.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a role involving financial administration, quoting/estimation, or project coordination, preferably within the market research, healthcare, or B2B services industries.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, invoicing processes, and incentive payment systems.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with both clients and a high-value panelist base (physicians).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite and Help Desk software for data tracking and financial analysis.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotes, invoices, and payments.
